We have 3 different setup for Refunds ad Returns.

1- For the businesses Medyamax involves,
we go with stand alone contracts and agreements (on in any written formats)
We clearly highlight what is the project, parties involves, it’s terms and conditions etc. costs involves and clauses, such as indemnity,
conflicts, juristic etc.. This contract become a main document to obey for the parties.

2- On our Website : We build a Shop section on our website for our Pre-set services.
We have No Refund / No Return Policy on these pre-set services which are posted on our website www.medyamax.com.

Reason: it is a prepaid service for our “time-fee”,
we charge money  for our time to spend on your project, 
It is “as is” service and all sales are final;
our suggestions are “our opinion” based on experience.
Medyamax Inc. respects the consumers’ legal rights,
so we make it clear and conspicuous to our customers
before the checkout. 

3- On our Website : for downloadable software products
We have No Refund / No Return Policy
“as is” and all sales are final;

Currently these 3 policies applies but If any tangible product added to sale,
we’ll update this policy for refund or returns,


if you still have complain or inquiry for the sold services, we’ll firstly require a receipt or proof of purchase,
our team will help to solve your issue if possible, we’ll do our best on that. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few of days. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
